These papers are dyed using the traditional method common with textile dyeing. Threads are tied in patterns on the sheet before dipping giving this characteristic look.
USE
Its use is not just limited to crafts ( collages, mixed media, decorative book-binding, scrap-booking, calligraphy, printmaking ) but it would be a fantastic eco-friendly alternative to gift wrapping your special presents or simply as eco friendly packaging.

The quality of these papers "Heaven Sent" is better than any of the various others we have purchased - better paper - better variety - better printing (most of the time).
