All our products are dispatched with love and attention using biodegradable materials, like cardboard & 75% recycled cardboard where possible. We also upcycle bubble wrap from the local bakery and other materials from friends & family that would otherwise go to landfill.

Get free delivery if you spend over £30.00 for UK orders only.

Standard Shipping is £2.50 - dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class

Or you can select Evri as your courier for £4.50 (Mixed orders of paper and other items will mean we will need to fold your paper to send it in the same parcel, otherwise a pure paper order will be sent in a postal tube with Evri as standard)

Paper Orders

For UK orders the paper is sent folded as standard, if you wish for it to be sent rolled please upgrade to 'Postal Tube' or 'Express Delivery' at checkout.  We recommend a postal tube for anyone wishing to use the whole sheet for arts and crafts, as opposed to cutting it or wrapping with it.

If you are ordering 20-50+Sheets of paper then you will likely need more than one postal tube to fulfill your order. You can either go ahead and purchase an extra tube or however many extra as you require here:

Or you will be sent an email requesting you to do so after you have placed your order. It is always quicker to purchase the tubes in advance, however if you are not sure however many extra you require then you can send an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible (within 24hrs).

Please note that if you qualify for free delivery by spending over £30 then paper orders will be sent folded. If you want your order sent in a postal tube then please upgrade to 'postal tube' or 'express delivery' in all instances.

RETURNS

We accept returns for all items initiated within the 14 day period after you receive your order and sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. However please note orders of cut fabric or paper that has been sent folded for standard postage cannot be fully refunded. The buyer is able to claim a 75% refund only or a full refund if the item is faulty or damaged.
