Large Unframed Art print, Silk Screen Printed on Nepali Lokta Paper, Traditional Nepali house, Monotone.

This vintage style artprint is a landscape artprint, length 75cm width 50cm. Printed by hand using a silk screen on Nepalese lokta paper, which is handmade paper made from a shrub, not a tree.

The image is of the front of a traditional Nepalese ghar (house) it could also be and is very similar to the Kumari Ghar (house of the living goddess).

Nepal is most famous for it's excellent craftsmanship as seen here in the woodwork on house's window frames, pillars and door frames.
